Free Yoga Class at NativeCare

Yoga offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind. It improves flexibility, strength, and posture while also helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Regular practice can enhance breathing, boost energy levels, and support better sleep. Additionally, yoga promotes mindfulness and inner peace, making it a powerful tool for overall well-being. This Monday April 28th we will be hosting a free Yoga class hosted by Elizabeth Strong a Registered Yoga Teacher.

We will open with connection to breath, body, senses.  Then, we will move in different ways, gently to warm up the spine and joints.  Practice may include some flow sequences, free movement, and restorative poses. At the end we will engage in our final relaxation and reflection. Class starts at 6pm at NativeCare. You will have the option to have an infused experience if desired. We hope to see you there.
