Following a recent wellness experience, NativeCare gathered participant feedback on cannabis use, exercise, and recovery. Responses showed an even split: one-third of participants do not use cannabis, one-third use it occasionally, and one-third currently use flower.
Most participants reported exercising three to five times per week, with yoga, weightlifting, and running or walking being the most common activities. Among those who use cannabis, the majority reported using it after exercise, noting increased relaxation, an enjoyable body sensation, and improved mental decompression. Sauna use and stretching were the most common recovery methods overall.
These insights highlight how some community members thoughtfully integrate cannabis into post-exercise recovery and relaxation routines.
